Grenada Spice Boy Sauce (Spicy Medium)

$10.25

Heat Level — Spicy Medium

If you like Caribbean flavors and especially all spice, then this is your sauce! It comes in with an initial sweetness then all the spice/nutmeg flavor takes over. It is a fantastic sauce for dipping or can be added to any beef, chicken, or rice dish.

Background: I made this sauce in honor of one of my good soccer friends who is from and lives in Grenada. The Grenadian men’s international soccer team has the nickname of the Spice Boys because Grenada itself is known as the Isle of Spice.

Ingredients/Flavor:

Made with Grenada Hots, Yellow Scotch Bonnet, Chocolate Scotch Bonnet, and Yellow Bell Peppers, along with Papaya, Mango, Green Onion, Garlic, Peppercorn, All Spice, Light Brown Sugar, and Orange Juice.
