New Bhut Goofin' (Hot)

Bhut (pronounced “Boot”) Jolokia also known as Ghost Pepper is the star in the hot star in this sauce. This was actually the first hot sauce recipe that I came up with, and it was a hit from the get-go! I use it myself on just about everything. The versatility of this sauce is pretty amazing. You get the delicious fruit up front and then the heat comes on the back end, giving the perfect balance of sweet and heat! It is pretty addicting.
Ingredients/Flavor:
Made with Red Bhut Jolokia (Ghost), Habanero, and Red and Yellow Bell peppers, along with Pineapple, and Mango to give you the fruitiness. Lastly, some Cilantro to help tie it all together.
