Spectral Sauce (Death by FIRE)
Heat Level — Death by FIRE
This was a fun one! I gathered a bunch of different peppers that made me think of everything spectral and ghostly, put them in the blender, and played with some new flavors! It has a mild flavor that can complement just about anything you want to put it on. It come with sweet notes from the Roma tomato, honey, and light brown sugar. Then it comes with the savory in the shallot, smoked paprika, and peppercorn. Lastly tied together with a mix of garlic, cumin, and saffron perfectly balanced to not overpower each other.
If you want something that tastes great but leaves a lingering burn that leaves you thinking you may have become a ghost, this is your sauce!
